IMO the resort started going downhill within last 12 months so it may take some time for them to realize how these cut corners are going to affect them but either way, what a shame. But now that those are lacking, I’m not sure we’ll return. Before, we could always justify the cost of staying at this resort because of all the special touches. Lots of corners cut this trip on behalf of the Wynn/Encore. Replaced it with some cheap offerings like a bar of soap that majorly dried out my hands vs the nice body wash they used to offer. They also stopped providing the Milton Brown toiletries that they are known for. The following day we came back to order my husband’s favorite drink and it took almost 17 minutes (bar was not busy). They no longer make frozen it took about 12 minutes for us to get greeted. We always have cocktails at the Encore bar by the front desk. I was disappointed with so many things this trip that I think we’ll take a moment before returning.
